Our Asian Meatballs

One of SFPA favorite specialties, our different special meatballs (beef, fish or pork) will perfectly enhance your Phö soups or even your Chinese hot pot.
For lovers of revisited food, they can also enjoy your special meatballs in some “Barbecue skewers”.

Cooking Instructions

In a broth: add special meatballs in a meat broth (Phö or Chinese hot pot), bring to the boil for 5 minutes, then serve with rice vermicelli or noodles.
Barbecue: skew the special meatballs, then grill on a barbecue.
Deep Frying: deep fry the special meatballs in hot oil (180°C) for 3 to 4 minutes.
To be consumed fully cooked.

Preserving Instructions

Store at -18 ° C. Never refreeze a defrosted product.

Fish meatballs


Poisson (55%), eau, fécule de pomme de terre, sauce de poisson 3% (extrait d’anchois 65%, eau, sel et sucre), édulcorant : sorbitol, sucre, sel, vinaigre, exhausteur de goût : glutamate monosodique, émulsifiants : tripolyphosphate de sodium et pyrophosphate tétrasodique, et poivre.
